We sit down with Donna from Hartlepool, a long-time member and volunteer, to talk about how a Bread and Butter Thing hub really feels on the ground: tables going up, the van pulling in, careful food safety checks for chilled items, and a room full of people who know each other by name.

Donna shares how she first came along through family, why she chose to volunteer, and what keeps her coming back week after week.
