Jane Partington
Jane is the co-founder of TBBT with Mark, she largely focussed on making the TBBT model scalable and sustainable despite her being told it was only going to be a small, local thing.
Jane built the backbone of all things data within TBBT and helped structure and streamline many operational processes during large scale growth.
Previously she had executive roles within accountancy practices and now works with a small portfolio of clients.

Will Bentley
Will was one of the founding trustees of The Bread and Butter Thing and played an important role in helping establish the organisation in its early years. As a founding trustee,
Will went on to become Chair of The Bread and Butter Thing and helped guide the charity through its formative stages, supporting the development of the model and ensuring the organisation was built on strong governance and clear purpose.
Will remains a valued supporter of The Bread and Butter Thing and its mission to make everyday food more accessible for families across the UK.

Mark Game
Mark started this whole thing with Jane and focussed on growth and development of the model as it scaled.
In a previous life he was an accountant but has spent the last twenty years or so stopping food going to waste and developing a service-led approach to food redistribution.
During his tenure as CEO of the bread and butter thing, he submitted evidence to several Government roundtables and worked on raising awareness of the importance of food clubs in preventing or minimising food insecurity.
Mark continues to engage with bread and butter through the podcast series and remains a valued supporter of TBBT.
